3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cmgardens.shop.
- Once your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (Stripe). The money will be back in your account within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
